5. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT unless otherwise specified.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

  • No refunds are provided once work has commenced unless agreed in writing.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Consumer Rights (EU & Spain)

If you are a consumer (persona física), you have rights under Spanish Law (Ley 3/2014, Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

  • Right to clear information about products/services before purchase

  • Right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days, where applicable (except for customized design services that begin immediately after agreement)
